Why I created this program:

For as long as I can remember, I felt disconnected from my body, authentic essence and who I am as a woman. I disowned my body, measuring my value solely on external appearance and projections. I bought into the notion that to be a "strong woman", I must shut the fuck up by suppressing and dismissing my own emotions. All my life I’ve been told that my sexuality and liberated expression was “too much” or “taboo”, leading me to hide behind false masks, engage in people-pleasing, and fully disconnect from my body as a means of coping and survival.
 
I attempted to fit into the mold of a "good girl," despite its misalignment with my raw authentic nature, hoping it would garner love, wholeness, recognition, and approval. The need for belonging and validation mirrored in my relationships: entanglements with emotionally unavailable partners, codependency, externalizing my traumas, and finding it impossible to trust and surrender to love. 

Integrating the deeper aspects of self has initiated me into my truest, most empowered, and pleasurable version of who I am. Choosing love and truth in every aspect of my life is a lifelong commitment to myself. I lovingly celebrate the sacred guidance and cosmic wisdom pulsating within my being: the divine portal nestled between my thighs and the boundlessness of my heart.
