SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Each order is handcrafted and prepared with care. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before shipment. Orders containing custom items can take up to 15 business days to process. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey home to you.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re in the process of expanding to serve our global community. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when Elevated Eros begins offering international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the intimate and handcrafted nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order, as I am not responsible for packages marked “return to sender” or delayed due to postal errors.

WRONG ITEMS OR ORDER ISSUES

I want every experience with Elevated Eros to feel pleasurable and seamless. If you receive an incorrect item, please email info@elevatederos.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of what you received. I’ll gladly take care of you whether that means reshipping your correct item or offering store credit.
